the site greeted me with this nice message;

Well like the "Top Tip" you should probatly just ignore any dangours downloads .. I didn't get that message, I'v been using his site for years.. Perhaps some banner virus ?

Hohoho, it try to download some stuff and my antivirus got mad. Looks like the site try to fish you into downloading "update" for flash player. Did not get a warning message from Chrome thou.
