are chrome have white list for insert multiple proxy profile, so people can switch proxy in any time by one click?

it is using windows settings for proxy, so your answer is no. but you can always use those anonymizing programs, that allow you to do so.

yes, i know about ultrasurf. but i can't switch betwen proxies with that. activated ultrasurf will change proxy in all chrome. actually i found a code to switch proxy while using internet option. it's mean chrome still use internet option but user can change it by inject the code
