Hi there for some reason i always have to go manually update my extensions from the chromes extension web site. even if i go in and tell chrome to update them they dont. i have even went as far as reinstalling chrome and nothing works.anyone now how to fix this?

What is the procedure for this? I've just the one extension, WOT, so it's not a big deal for me.

not sure how chrome updates them. but when i got to manage extensions there is a update now i click on it nothing happens so i have to go get them myself.

Correction: nothing noticeable happens. It is however checking for updates. Try spamming the button, for example, and you'll see an hourglass pop up briefly. It is updating your extensions; it's just that it doesn't say "so hey I checked and there weren't any updates". Personally, I think that screen could use a "last update check" time/date.

The only extension I use is WOT (Web of Trust) and I have it both on Chrome and Firefox. Firefox has alerted me of an update for this add-on but the WOT guys haven't yet updated their Chrome version.

(Slightly off-topic, but some posts on the extension's page indicate some "problems" (?) arising from the Instant Search but the comments aren't explanatory.)
