Default opening downloadable files instead of directly downloading theM?

i'm sure this question has been asked several times , but i can't find anything about its actual solution. is there an option or extension for chrome that lets a person opt to open a file (sending it to the temp folder) as opposed to the automatic download to a folder? often times it helps not to have a downloads folder overpopulated with torrent files.

You can automatically open the downloaded file, but it doesn't delete it afterwords.
Just click the drop-down menu in the downloads bar after downloading a .torrent file and say "Automatically open files of this type"

That's also better option but if you directly download the file from web-site your time is also less consumed and it provides greater performance. It can not be deleted in any circumstances.
