Let me tell you a little nice story about a man who revolutionized the internet in Romania.
His name is Sabin Piso and he own an ISP named Ilink. 5-6 years ago his network was a small one but he bought more and more networks and today is one of the biggest isps in Romania.
He did so well because this is what you can get for about $40 - 100 mbps broadband connection!!!!

I just ran the speedtest and got a shock. Verizon has increased the speed at some point. It appears to be 20mbps down and 5 up now.
