hi, just to share a little software i coded to zoom all my new google chrome window automatically (zoom level configurable).... it doesnt work with tabs.. but works for all new window... since i coded that for myself and i dont use tab..

just wondering what does the exe file do?

it send fake keystroke ( CTRL + + * iteration ) to all new chrome windows you open so you dont have to press that manually if you like a general zoom level.

( once i clean up the code i will post it so you guyz can stop being suspicious .... i dont really want to post it right now since i coded that in 2 hours and its really messy )

it will only work with google chrome ... in this version.

i didnt tested chrome enough lol... and it seems that if you type a new address in the address bar.. the zoom will reset... i wasnt aware of that since i have google in homepage.... and im always typing adress in the search then following the link... just use that trick for now lol.

well if you post code we can perhaps help out with the bugs, that always will be there in the start :=)

right now im brute force zooming each time a new chrome window get in focus... or each time its caption change... next version i will save those already zoomed to avoid the rezoom each time you switch window..

i changed most of the code... and its now working on all tabs and doesnt rezoom each time you change window or tab... it only zooms when it needs to.

if you find any bug let me know....

Two points;

1) Most people use new tab pages, not new windows, so this seems to me to be of little use.

2) No way will I run an executable posted on a forum by someone I don't know.

3) givemevirusplz.com is not just weird, but a stupid name for a domain. It gives the impression of having been created by a complete fool, or a kid with no brains and a weak sense of humour. (My apologies and commiserations of you fall into one or both categories).

1, an exe, tested by a 'Senior Member' of the website, with no complaignts about downloading the file
2. givemevirusplz is just a website name.. and it may infact have a hidden agenda (deter less computer literate people from going there)

3. people on the internet are usually pretty trusting XD, especially on sites like this, where the max target audience is maybe a few hundred people reading the post...
