but I see the bar in blue when I maximise Chrome

I'm running Win7 as well and I don't see the blue while maximized.

I see the blue bar while in WinXP

going to install Chrome in Win 7

running Chromium while in Win 7

Installed Dev Chrome version 2.0.181.1 and using theme for Dev
Blue bar is visible too

I get the same blue bar in the background when maximized. But thanks for updating this theme. I was not liking 2.0.181.1 due to lack of compatible themes. But other than that blue bar, this one seems to work great
