If you want to see what the button might look like in photoshop then....
Download the images for the buttons from here....

Load it in photoshop
Select the layer and then click on Create new fill or adjustment layer button (half black and white circle) down the bottom and pick Hue/Saturation
Right click on the new layer and select Create clipping mask (so that it only affects the layer below it)
Select the adjustment layer and in the Adjustments dialog select colorize
Now make your adjstments
To convert the numbers to what chrome uses....
Divide Hue by 360
Divide Saturation by 100
Lightness is Lightness/200 + .5

I cant guarantee itll be exactly the same between photoshop and chrome but it should be dam close (keep meaning to look at this)

Softpedia stole my theme. don't worry, they just sent me a bullshit email and their "congratulations". they also made up a shit description about it reminding people of the summer sky. i'm pissed off that they diddnt give any warning at all. well, i guess thats what you get for giving stuff away for free.
