Download Pink version (.crx): Version 1 Version 1.2
Download Blue version (.crx): Version 1.2
Bug log:
Version 1.2: Fixed the download bar, it's now pink. However the toolbar on the new tab is not transparent anymore now.

Nope, you can only change the colour of the download bar by setting the colour for the toolbar( the download bar gets its colour from the toolbar).
