Sweet theme, but I have some points on the technical bits.....
There was an image in the images directory that wasnt used "theme_ntp_background_norepeat.png" and in the themes directory is "background.jpg".
I noticed that the original background was a jpg and the final image used is a png 3 times as big, you can use a jpg for the ntp background (I kept your png one, but shrunk it with pngout).
If your using the theme creator it wont show jpg files when you select the ntp_background but you can put *.* as the filename and press Enter and it will show all files and you can select a jpg.
Whenever you test a theme in chrome now (load unpacked extension in chrome or view theme in the creator) it puts a "Cached Theme.pak" file in the root directory of the theme, delete this before you pack the theme for distrubution.
The image you use for the frame has the effect of starting from the left and fadeing out to the right so you make it real long to try and stop it repeating...instead, use the frame_overlay image, it starts from the top left but doesnt repeat and goes over the frame.
Really like your themes, just wanted to point these out so next time it wont be an over 1/2 hour download (Im on dialup)

Ive got a real critical friend who reckons theres hope for the next MOH, Dice are doing the multiplayer and I cant remember who he said is doing the single player but he thinks its going to be good....heres hopeing it kills that gawd awful COD (I dont like it)
