this is an awesome skin i have it on right now I know this is a huge idea what if you had a bunch of different skins made each one has a different thing selected like perks general S.P.E.C.A.I.L. etc. exept in the new tab page it shows different things that fit with whats highlighted at the top that would be really cool. PS I love the skin its great but has someone else said the top is cut off for me too (i'm using a laptop)

could be, this version was for 1024X768 . you may want to try the new 'las vegas' version (which should work with all resolutions)....
