Here's my first theme: A lightning theme. It's my first theme and needs work. I'm still trying to figure out how to make it so the bookmarks bar (if only shown on the new tab page) will blend with the background. Not too sure about the pattern on the toolbar either. It's just a pattern I found in a Google picture search, but I'll keep looking.

Any suggestions?
