1. Rename Toons_1.0.2_Chrome_dll.zip to Toons_1.0.2_Chrome_dll.7z
2. Use http://www.7-zip.org/ for unpack Toons_1.0.2_Chrome_dll.7z

There are three folder: Stable, Beta, Dev

Sorry, but I will not change any .dll of Chrome
I liked very much how I could load the theme/buttons as a .crx
So back to the original theme for me...

this is bug in 3.0.195.3 dev
I saw this bug in old Chromium, but now it fixed in Chromium.
P.S. sorry, seems not fixed...

lets hope they fix that bug of icons that doesnt work on .crx so you dont have to upload .dll every time
