    need assistance from those running Stable version of Chrome;

    please add the following to your shortcut

    --bookmark-menu
    and advise whether you have a favourite button on your toolbar?

    does it have to be the desktop shortcut, or will the start menu shortcut work?

    Any kind of adjustable shortcut will work. They're all the same.

    Is there any way to not show the "Other bookmarks" in the bookmarks bar?

    @Luc ...

    As fas as I can find (and I've done a lot of searching) there's no way of getting rid of that 'Other bookmarks' from the Bookmarks bar ...

    It's a right pain in the derriere ;-)

    Adds another Icon alongside the Omnibox with a nice little yellow star

    Nice drop down menus ...

    Still can't get rid of that stupid 'Other Bookmarks' though ...

    Anyone else got any of these hidden beauties, this has been about for a while I believe ...
