To get a user friendly file name instead of "get file" or "video.mp4" you could use a Chrome extension. I wrote one here:

I'm in total agreement on that ...

The big plus being that Blackcoil did both an Extension and User Script version :-D

we can only use a free youtube downloader to do this.there areso many downloader we can use. btw, the following is my favorite and hope it will help you as well
