High everyone, hope you're doing well. I need some help and I can't find any info anywhere on the web. It's driving me crazy. I don't know where else to turn, so I figured I'd post something in a forum and see if anyone can help me. Here's the deal:

It used to be that when I highlighted a word(s) I could right-click on it/them and choose "Search Google for [highlighted word(s)]". Now when I do this it says "Search Ask.com for [highlighted word(s)]". This happened I think after I tried to install Limewire or Frostwire. I don't use Ask.com and I want my Google option back. The same thing happened with Firefox. Does anybody know how I can change this back?

Try following these steps:

- Right-click the address bar and click "Edit search engines"
- Select Google and click "Make Default"
- Select Ask.com and click "Remove"
- Click "Close"
- Restart Google Chrome

Thank you soooo much, Stamga. That worked. Maybe now I will be able to figure out how to do this in Firefox. Then again, I might not need to since I'm really starting to like Chrome pretty good. Thanks again.
