In the latest Dev release Chromium is using by default their new version of the NTP. I personally hate it, or lets say dislike it. Anyway, if you want to see the old NTP instead add --old-new-tab-page to the shortcut.

Yes, and I liked it.
In my case, that pinned thing and the ability to move the order is just perfect. Saves lots of time, providing quick access.
Also, dunno if all people here noticed but if you accidently close chrome, when u re-open it it's possible to restore all previous tabs, with that tab page. I didn't notice it before)

You don't need the new new tab command line it's the default .. ;-)
If you want the old New Tab page add --old-new-tab-page to the command line ... ;-)

ummm i have 2 questions about this tab page, 1st what does the pin thing do? does it mean tat it wont move no matter how little u use it? and uhh for the new tab page i accidental clicked delete on one of the thumbnails and forget to click undo how do i reset it to default
