I had installed the new version of CCleaner (2.12.651) which takes care of Chrome...
It worked well but I had checked "Saved form information" for deletion... and hit RUN.

What happened is that all my bookmarklets and some bookmarks disapeared...

I ran GCB and restored my last saved profile... Magic!

all was like before again!

Have got to the point where I'd rather entertain 'spammers' than these people who incessantly moan about Chrome and that they are going back to FF ...
