I have to say I HATE the new updates to the Developer Tools. In the Resources tab, the image category gone, and I have to search the images from different folders. WHAT ?
Also, it failed to copy the image URL, instead, it gives me a BASE64 image encoding....WHAT ?

ALL I want now is get my original Developer Tools back !!!
