I was wondering if there is a free and easy program I can use to create my own Google Chrome themes ..

There is a five steps to create your own theme at free of cost. It's given below:---

1. Have a look at the theme creation guide.


2. Use an image editor to create the images needed for the theme.


3. Run crxtheme.exe, choose the images and colors for you theme.


4. Click View Theme button to preview your theme on Chrome.


5. Click Pack Theme button to pack your theme. A file named theme .crx will be create in the same folder as crxtheme.exe.



6. And create your theme.
