This isn't really troubleshooting, but I wasn't sure where else I could post it.

It would be convenient for me if my browser remembers specific usernames for sites, automatically, but does not remember the password (for obvious security reasons). Is this possible? I have looked under options but could not find anything and maybe I didn't look hard enough but google searches on the matter didn't help either.

Thanks, it looks nice but does not really help at the moment. I have a lot of different logins with different passwords for various websites, some passwords friends know, others they don't. It would be great if there was an extension that allowed the browser to save just the individual usernames.

I thought you could save the usernames without saving the password for individual sites

If you can, I do now know how; this is the point of this thread. Chrome saves various email addresses / usernames but not specific to individual sites so you have to pick the right one each.
