Can someone explain to me why I cannot get the webcam streaming in Chrome/Chromium? (Linksys WVC200)
I get the Index page with the different options. But the view video does not work.
It works fine in IE 7 and 8, but definitely not in Chrome/chromium.
I just would like to understand...

absolutly will not work. your cam only work in IE coz to display the cam, need install activeX which only feature of IE

Activex.. brrr.... THought they had closed for support for activex in IE8 ? or is taht still unsecure ?

Actually, cam streaming does work on Chrome with windows 7, or at least, it does on my HP lappy... Can't get it to work under Vista Ultimate 32 on my desktop, or on XP Home on my netbook though. Hope that helps...
