Hi, I too, have a problem with google chrome crashing.

I really love the speed of it (nowhere near firefox... chrome's way faster) and I would really like it to be repaired...

I don't know since when, but chrome crashes kind of a lot and it's really annoying. Also, every time I close Chrome, it says it crashed >.> "Whoa! Chrome crashed! Restart now?" Something like that....

I have used microsoft security essentials and avast to clean my computer, I have followed the two advise from chrome help (start a new user profile didn't work and scanning with windows for protected files didn't work either...)

Can anyone help? I'm using the standard version of Chrome 3.0.195.38 and Xp. I have no extensions whatsoever...

Help would be greatly appreciated!

try clearing the cache

Problem solved with a full scan of Avast (needing a restart and the scan take about an hour >.>)

It said it was a memory problem... I don't really understand, but anyway I don't really care now haha!
