    Default Chrome Crashes too often

    Chrome is beginning to crash too often in my system these days ( Dell Dimension E 520, Windows XP home edition - SP2). The two latest instances are:
    1. While using blackboard from my university website
    2. While downloading an image from my myspace account.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    whats ur chrome version and is it dev ,beta or stable one ?

    Also, I thought xp was now up to sp3. Are you diligently keeping software up to date? I switched to Chrome from IE8 a week ago after increased experience of IE8 instability and am lovin' it. Speedy and neat!
