I'm new to the forum so don't be too harsh on me.

After my network disconnected shortly, my download was almost done. When I reconnected, the download just stayed where it was. I've tried everything I could find. Unless I missed something.



It was stuck like that for an hour, and the DL rate dropped slowly over time. Any help?
