Default chromeplugins.org doesn't work in Chrome?

For some reason, I can't get anywhere on this site with Chrome. No matter what I click on, I get the "You 404'd it. Gnarly, dude." message. Images don't load, nothing. At first, I thought the site was just down, but then I tried it in Firefox and...well...here I am. In Firefox. I haven't run into this with any other sites.

I've tried disabling all my extensions, and it's still happening. Anybody else experiencing this?
