i already tried with a new windows xp installation, dev channel, beta channel (reinstalled them twice), also reinstalled again the stable channel...

the only thing i think i am missing is erasing the folders from chrome or maybe the registry... i dont know...

Once again I've tried this using the latest dev version 5.0.375.17 (auto flash enabled) and everything works fine ...

Suggest you uninstall Chrome using Revo Uninstaller and install the dev version of chrome ...
