Hi,

Just updated to 4.0.223.16 and notice 'clear browsing history' is no longer showing in tools dropdown, I can access it in options and by ctrl/shift/delete, so no big problem.

Is this a new feature of 4+ ? (nice job by the way )

Edit: Evidently the menu item was removed.

If you want to Clear Browsing Data when Chrome closes, there is an Extension named
Click&Clean. You will find it at Google Chrome Extensions Gallery.
