Maybe someone here can help me out here: I'm battling with Mac fonts in Chrome since Chrome's introduction. Does anyone know how to change the default font in Chrome to a something else than Times? A search in the Chrome Forums didn't have anything on my specific issue ...
I know how to go "Under the Hood" and change font settings, but while they "stick" in that prefs pane, they don't stick anywhere else, see the screen shot below.
Then I was looking for "custom.css", referenced elsewhere, hoping I could make the change there, but I was not successful in finding this file on my Mac.
I really would like to make Chrome my default browser, but as a designer I can't live with speed alone, esthetics are immensely important as well. I would love to see most everything in Helvetica, Times is just too difficult to read on-screen ...
