    What version of chromium ?
I don't understand the part with "I go run-eventvwr-application" .. Can you describe, what you do / try to do there ?

Make sure you have latest version of flash installed...
Do you use KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS .. ? It is know for having isues with youtube..

    Otherwise check out chromiums crashlog:
    Windows XP: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\CrashReports
    Windows Vista: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\CrashReports

    Hi Benni
    I have Chromium 3.0.191.0 (0)
I have Adobe Flash Player 10

XP has an event viewer go to Start- Run enter "eventvwr" press enter If I select Application it gives details IE Chromium crashing.

For the Chromium Crash it gives me this info

Faulting application chrome.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module npswf32.dll, version 10.0.32.18, fault address 0x00126272. (doesnt mean anything to me tho)

    When I go %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\CrashReports
The Crash report folder is empty

Now, if I go to BBC website to play a video in Chromium it says Cannot play media. You do not have the correct version of the flash player. Download here etc
If I use IE it does not give me that message and plays perfectly.

    I do not have Kaspersky
