Default Displaying my Cookie data instead of the website

    Chrome Version:
    7.0.517.44

    Verion of Windows:
    Windows XP

    Installed extensions:
    None

    User scripts in-use:
    None

Problem (as descriptive as possible, screenshots are most helpful):

Websites that require to set a cookie, I will either see the cookie in my browser, or chrome will download the file that I attempt to visit. ie. register.php when I registered here.

Steps you've taken to resolve the problem:

If i refresh the page a few times, it finally shows. But 9 times out of 10 I will just see my cookie data or download a serverside file.

I also get Error 321 (net::ERR_INVALID_CHUNKED_ENCODING): Unknown error.
