Default footer positioning problem in Chrome and Safari

We are using Joomla php, and are having a problem with the rendering of the footer on our php page.

Please go here to see a test version:

    http://inetwebdesign.com/presentation/index12.php

The footer shows up where it theoretically should be on IE and FF, but in Chrome and Safari, the footer is moved up by about 800px.

Please let me know if I need to post the code for the php and css. You should be able to get to it at the url without me having to attach it here.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Regards,
    seeker7805

    Default solved the issue

by changing the height in the content area and content divs from 632px to 98% solved the problem.
