I removed one extension "Reload" and so far Chrome has not crashed;
if you don't have this extension, do it manually.
Disable one extension one by one until Chrome does not crash to find the culprit
Sometimes Chrome would become non responsive if excessive scripts are used on a site

Still Crashing Chrome is still crashing ... uninstalling and using IE or Firefox for now
