Google Chrome Plugins and Themes

I very rarely use Incognito mode (nothing to hide - lmao) but I've just been showing a friend Chrome and it's virtues, one of them being Incognito mode.

I've just noticed the toolstrip isn't being displayed ...

Is this a 'feature'

They removed it, in the latest release

I believe they removed extensions from incognito mode, which would in-turn affect toolstrips.

Looking through the source code, it specifically says "all extensions except themes are disable in incognito mode". Granted I think it was worded a little differently.
If you're wondering why it would mention themes, it's because they added a set-up for themes using the extension format (with a manifest and stuff), which I will post how to use when and if I figure it out. :P

I was the one who posted that extension support was being withdrawn from Incognito mode - lmao ....

However the plot thickens ...

Chrome://extensions/ shows all extensions installed :-)

AdSweep and Cleeki are working !!

Custom NewTab, AniWeather, Subscribe to Reader, Sticky Notes are not ...

Are your AdSweep and Cleeki installed as User Scripts?

Come on, I'm an extensions man !!!

The only Userscript I've got installed is YouTube Downloader, untill we track down the missing Mr Blackcoil :-)

running Chrome 3.0.189.0
with Adsweep and Cleeki installed; both are working (as extensions)

running in new incognito window;
both extensions working too

Your AdSweep is currently active (v.1.6.17.1)
