    Default Inspect Element (Network) Question

Google Chrome 9.0.597.94 (Official Build 73967)
    WebKit 534.13
    V8 2.5.9.15
    User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.13 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/9.0.597.94 Safari/534.13

What I was wondering is the networking tab inside of inspect element you can click things like css. The it brings up time and i was wonder what exactly:

    Proxy
    Blocking
    Sending
    Waiting
    Recieving

I was wondering what these actually mean. A short explanation would help.

    Thanks
