trying to get smooth scroll and a session save plug in going on my chrome. after the file download I get a box saying something about invalid permission?

I Have done a little bit of reading, but no good answer. tried unchecking the "ask where to save download" box. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck on either. .

I am not close to computer savvy, so dumb it down if you have a solution. From the about:version command:

Google Chrome 3.0.195.27 (Official Build 28507)
WebKit 532.0
V8 1.2.14.20

I can't find other versions available for download?

how do i get a version that will support them? and what version would that be?

try the Dev version of Chrome
