okay. i'm using

google chrome dev 4.0.249.25
Windows XP Service Pack 2

This morning when I woke up and on my com and started google chrome, the extensions bar was missing! It was okay last night. Now it's been the entire day. From this morning to now (night) is this a google chrome bug?

I clicked the wrench >extensions
the tab opened and showed that all the extensions are working correctly. but the extension bar is still not there.

I tried restarting chrome. no success

That is normal, Google removed the toolstrip now
