On a Vista box, I had to download and install Chrome for each user, rather than have all users use the same install as Firefox and IE.

I have seen the same problem on several different Vista PC'sand it is an extremely annoying thing.
I have not found a workaround for this yet but as soon as i do i will post here.![]()
you have to do this because it installs in the user folder to keep from running into User Account Control in Vista. UAC blocks anything that tries install in your Widows, Program Files or other User folders, and maybe other places too.
