    I'm on the latest Chrome Dev 4.0.223.11, and have no problems. Mind you, following StevePaul's preference for extensions rather than scripts, I too have ditched scripts. Too messy in the shortcut command department. Using Chrome Dev any script (as far as I'm aware) can be easily turned into a .crx extension.

    Open up a simple extension and look at the code (some are pretty simple), and have a look at the Google Development Docs.
