    Default Saving passwords

I am new to chrome. Super impressed. For sure my new default browser. Still learning the ins and outs. Chrome will not ask to save passwords ever once in awhile. For example, Never asked for this web site, and There was one other. I checked the password section in chrome and made sure this website was not on the exclusion list. Its not. Any Ideas?? No its not a "this makes chrome unusable for me" speech. I figure its just a minor burp. Kinda laughed. Will not ask to save password on the chrome website. No offense ment.

Second question is is there a plugin or feature that Is like opera's magic wand or Secure login for fire fox. If so could someone be so kind to give me a link please? I ask because facebook you have to put in the first letter of the user name and it will not fill it in automatically. And it may be kinda handy to have. Not fill in the username and password automatically. Again this is not a "this makes chrome useless rant. Thank you kindly for your time.

Are there some websites where the browser never prompts to remember your password? It might not be the browser's fault -- it could be the webpage telling the browser not to save the password. If you don't like having to remember these or write them down, you can use this extension to allow the browser to save the password.

Thank you for the response LUC. You would think Googles own forum would allow for the saving of passwords? And They worked fine in Opera and firefox, They always asked to save the password. I guess I could uninstall Chrome, Delete everything, Make sure firefox is all done right, Then let chrome export the settings. Again, Not that big of deal. I am guessing its just a minor burp. Chrome is still new.

Will give that link a shot, see how it goes. Again thank you for that. Have a nice day.

Did give that plugin a shot. No luck, this web site and one other one will not save the password. Both opera and firefox will offer it. Not sure what is going on. Thank you though
