Default Search more than 1 site in omnibar

I am a big fan of the configurable search in the omni bar and regularly search for music at Amazon or 7digital. However I think there must be a quicker way to do this, but I don't know how.

eg at the moment, say I want to search for the Rolling Stones, I have to search each site seperately

So I type "a rolling stones" to search amazon
then I manually open a new window and type "7 rolling stones" to search 7 digital.

What I'd love to be able to do is to type "music rolling stones" and for google to open tabs for amazon AND 7 digital and do my search at each.

So, any way of achieving this using the search options or is there an extention that does this? Or can someone write an extension that does this?

    wat?
do you want the focus to automatically stay on the omnibar? or are you asking how to add more search sites?

OK, my apologies for having asked that question without trying to solve it myself. I just didn't think I would be able to do something other than the blindingly obvious! However reading another couple of threads when javascript has been used to solve a problem I thought this might be the way to go. And I must add here that I have never written javascript but thought if I chopped and changed a few things around, I'd probably make it do what I wanted. And hey presto. Honestly, I am astounded that I did it.

So if you want to do similar, eg search for a query on several sites and have them open in a window each, add this as in the URL field in Options> Basics>Default Search:Manage

    javascript:window.location.href='http://www.7digital.com/search?searchtype=global&search=%s&src=osd'; window.open('http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=%s&x=0&y=0')
