Hi all,

In the bookmark tool bar of Chrome, I have a small field (screenshot below) with the "+" sign and two arrows for vertical scrolling but there is nothing to scroll down or up ! It's not active actually !
I don't know what it stands for ? does somebody know something about this feature?

Go to chrome://extensions/

Uninstall CustomNewTab.

You probably have an old version installed.

Ah maybe ! but how to uninstall it indeed? how to know which version installed?
I'm sorry, Chrome://extensions/ does not make sens for me !
Frankly, for now, it's a nightmare to instal/uninstal extension for chrome ! Alas !

It is not a nightmare at all.
Copy this line:

Code:

chrome://extensions/

and paste-and-go it to the address bar of Chrome.
There you should see an Uninstall button for each extension.

Cos I'm always checking my extwnsions I made a bookmarklet for chrome extensions, saves typing it all the time ;-)

Ooo..I'd like to know what code is making it do that unless it's just a favicon and not possible to get to work.. But man.. bookmarklets with a tiny UI? That'd be sweet.

i'm guessing it is just a bookmark pointing to chrome://extensions/ =)

Wut? I was referring to the original post. Specifically the image.

Also, Chromer, if you haven't gotten rid of it yet could you export your bookmarks so I can take a look at it? >.>; I'm curious.
You can do that from the Bookmark Manager (Ctrl+Shift+B), you can also check in there to find it after you've exported it for me, then delete it.
