I was happily browsing with Chrome (my OS is Windows 7, 64-bit), my favorite ever browser, for months, when suddenly, a few weeks ago, it wouldn't load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Then I reset my restore point, and it worked again! A few days later, the same thing happened. So I created a new restore point again, and it worked again, for a while. But this keeps happening, and I am wondering if there is a permanent fix for this problem, aside from having always to set a new restore point! Very frustrating. I'm back to using Mozilla Firefox, but I miss my Chrome. Any suggestions? Thank you, in advance.
