Hey,
I'm in transition between FF3 and Chrome and have come across something I'm obviously doing by mistake...
Sometimes a tab I have open, will suddenly open in a new window altogether (rather than staying as a tab). I'm guessing i'm accidentally hitting a shortcut on the keyboard to do this - but I don't know what...
Is there a shortcut that i'm hitting?
And also, more importantly, when I do accidentally open a tab in a new window, is there anyway I can 'redock' that tab back into the original window - i.e. put it back where it was in the original browser session?!
Oh, and one other question while I'm here -- the only reason I'm still in transisition with FF is that I love the FF FTP plugin (FireFTP). Is there anything similar for Chrome? It's basically a fully functioning FTP application, that works within the browser (not simply going to ftp://1.2.3.4 and viewing the contents, but a proper, 2 window ftp app).
Many thanks in advance
amx
PS ive just figured out the cause - i'm accidently dragging the tab down, and this is making it open in a new window. Is there anyway to disable it, or at least perform the opposite, ie put the tab back?!
