When you say they work sometimes, are you using the same shortcut to open Chrome? Or are you sometimes opening by clicking links from chat windows or Outlook/Outlook Express/Thunderbird? Unless you modify your registry, Chrome will open without any enabled features if it opens with anything other than your shortcut.

If that's what's causing your problem then read this post and see if it helps: Enable Extensions - Start Menu and Hyperlinks

What user scripts are you using?
Where do you have them saved?

i've saved them in this directory
    C:\Documents and Settings\Mustafa\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\User Scripts
no speed dial and adsweep and their names have .user
    such as
    nospeeddial.user.js

Your first one was correct. I'm attempting to test out those user scripts to see if they are having any issues with the latest dev version. In the meantime, you may want to try using the Adsweep extension (CRX) and maybe even CustomNewTab v0.2 now available ! to accomplish the same thing as nospeeddial. Use the following download link if you wish to try it out: http://www.datafilehost.com/download-9cd6b2b9.html

If you use extensions make sure you change your shortcut to --enable-extensions

In the meantime I'll see if I can duplicate your user script problem.

Looks like it might be a known bug: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/is...etail?id=13290
