I use windows explorer for all my FTP stuff. This is my prefered method of managing my web sites. I installed Chrome two days ago. WOW was I impressed. the speed was unbelievable and it had all the features I wanted and some I didnt know I wanted.

Yesterday I started I punch in my ftp site and want to get to work on some updates. It would let me delete files once and then all the files I tried to delete from my web sites just wouldnt go away.

I opened up my FTP client and everything was fine through the client. Hmmm. So nothing was wrong at the server. I tried again and again but working through explorer was just not working.

The only new program I had recently installed was chrome. so I uninstalled it .. Now I could punch in my ftp address into explorer and it worked fine?

how or why was the installation of chrome afffecting my ability to use explorer... not internet explorer, explorer. man chrome is awesome but I have to be able to work on my ftp through explorer
