    Default Windows Live Personalized Experience

    My favourite homepage is Windows Live Personalized Experience which I can access with IE8 or Firefox by entering http://my.live.com/. However I cannot get my favourite homepage using Chrome. It takes me to a useless homepage from Bing(shudder)!!! How come?

    I just tried that and got Bing too... Have you tried going to the MSN homepage in Chrome. Singing in and retrying it?
    Chrome and Chromium FTW!

    Yeh curiouser and curiouser.....I tried that but there is nowhere to log in or log out on msn.com. And yet it knew who I was because it was showing my latest hotmail! (O yeh of course I have gmail as well!) So then I went to ninemsn.com.au (the aussie site) and I have the option to sign in but it won't let me sign in!! But I can access hotmail from there as well. Anyhow I think this is another dead end.

    @sulasno
    i also thought of suggesting that, but wouldn't it be strange your homepage to be opened every time with IE..

    I've just installed this extension, but I have yet to sus out how it works. I went to the options menu (in IE Tab) and entered my.live.com. When I click on the IE Tab icon in the omnibox I get the message that extensions won't work with my browser which is wrong as I have installed 4.0.249.43.

    Try setting your homepage to home.live.com/

    I can go to home.live.com/ no worries but this is not Windows Live Personalized Experience and there's no way to get to it from here. BUT HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS!!!! I've kinda worked out how to use IE Tab!! I click on the icon and put http://my.live.com/ in the address bar for IE Tab and I am getting Windows Live Personalized Experience complete with all my settings just like in IE!! (Yeh I know what you're thinking but not everyone has a degree in computer science) So cool!!! Thank you people!! I've even put it in my bookmarks bar and it works from there! Thank you so much! Just hope it still works tomorrow! Maybe I'll post this answer in Microsoft Technet where it has sat for 2 weeks. That'll fix them!

    @shockresistant
    You can add http://my.live.com/ in the options of IE Tab Classic, to be autoloaded everytime using IE Tab classic (saves you the extra click)

    Thanks again to Sulasno and everybody for your help. Now it's just one click on the Bookmarks bar icon and straight to Windows Live Personalized Experience! And I do like my iGoogle page as well!
