    Default Working on Chrome

Hi all, what I'm trying to do is move completely to Chrome, I already use it for my personal use but I'm having trouble getting it to do what I need for work. Basically I just need to be able to browse through different documents, mostly Tiff, PDF and occasionally a DjVu. I know from other sites I need the Dev release and include the --enable-extensions fix, which I have. Also I understand Alternatiff (http://www.alternatiff.com/) will work but I can't figure out where to install it or Adobe/FoxIt for that matter. I really haven't dove into Chrome as far as extensions yet so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

--enable-extensions fix is no longer necessary for dev Chrome

Looking at sulsano's links here's some more info:

I'm using XP Home updated to SP3 32 bit, Chrome 4.0.237.0. I'm able to download the tiff/pdf files np but I still have to open them somewhere and especially in the case of the tiff, because of the alternatiff program, I end up opening them in Firefox, which is a round about way to waste some more time, which is why I'm trying to move out of FF in the first place. I've only been looking into this for a few days now so anymore info that I can provide please ask. Thanks.

Oh and the only extension I am currently using is:

    Gmail Checker Version: 0.1
Displays number of unread Gmail messages
    ID:
    Inspect active views:
    gmail_checker.html
