    Sorry, wasn't sure what section to put this in, but does anyone know any free sites that offer photoshop type creating? I need to make a banner for the header of one of my sites and trying to do it myself to explore that. Thank you

    +1 for Paint.net
    the latest version is a beta though and requires Net Frame work 3.5
    (opening it is much faster)
    What version of Chrome are you running?
