    Default Google Chrome Banner

    Hi,

    I've searched for a while and I wasn't able to find a "Get Google Chrome" banner.

    I want to add to one of my sites a "Get Google Chrome" button.

    For example look how is for FireFox:
    http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=affiliates/homepage

    Does something like this exists for Chrome Browser?

    Be rest assured, being a google product its going to be marketed (not that its not) but once extensions are released for stable versions and is somewhat stable i am sure google would do those stuff..

    Thanks for your reply.

    The image from your signature is made by you? If yes you can change the text from "CHROME PLUGINS" to "GOOGLE CHROME"?
    It's a nice image and I can re-size it a little then to use it.

    darkyndy, I would be careful about using the official Chrome logo. Think about copyright... maybe you check the license of Chromium and use the Chromium logo? At least Chromium is OpenSource

    Yes I know about the copyright issues and I'm very careful, this is the reason why I've asked if that image is created by "Chrome" user

    It will be nice if I can add a banner/image on my site with "Get Google Chrome", but if I don't find something legal I would leave this idea when Google will create free images and doc with "how to use".

    there are plenty of variations of the Chrome logo somewhere ;
    as long as it is not being used commercially, personally I don't see a problem

    @sulasno I searched for a while and I didn't found something nice and that will feat my needs. The image will be used just to add a fast link to "get google chrome browser".

    You can see my site from the signature, in the left side I have some images: XHTML valid, get FireFox, get Opera, get Greasemonkey and because I added Google Chrome support for EmbeVi I liked the idea to add a "Get Google Chrome"

    @nandayo :lol: nice image :P

    The new Chrome Plugins Logos and Banners are created by me.

    As mentioned above, you might have copyright issues by using the Chrome logo (which is why I had made a Chromium colored version of the Chrome Plugins logo). You would have to use a Chromium logo or a greyscaled logo (so you can't tell if its the Chrome or Chromium logo)

    BTW, I have Googled and found this official ad banner:
